We bound to :
• Develop work skills and habit among the adults for integrated socially and economically into the community.
• Educate, train and impart vocational training to the people with special needs.
• Provide job opportunities for person with special needs under different three models such as shelter employment, self-employment and open employment.
• Enable and empower persons with special need to live as independently within and as close to the community which they belong.
• Conduct job survey and Analysis for people with special needs.
• Provide service in vocational guidance and counselling.
• Educate person with special needs about self-advocacy,fundamental rights and responsibilities as a citizen.

While most people are normal, there are some unfortunate ones who do not seem normal. However, these people possess some unique talents. Hunar consider these people as special people attempts to discover their abilities hence special ability of special people.

• Mission :
HUNAR foundation aims to enable and empower the people with special needs by providing appropriate job opportunities in possible vocational models to earn their livelihood. This will enable these differently abled people to live with financial independence in the society with respect and dignity without being a burden to their families. This would also contribute towards the goals of realization of equal opportunities, protection of their rights and a meaningful participation in society.
